APPLE SAUCE

PUREE FRUITS & VEGETABLES

Start with a single ingredient fruit or vegetable puree and infant cereal. You should only introduce one type of new food at a time. Give your little one some time to adapt and adjust.

APPLE SAUCE: 
Rich in fibre, Vitamin C, and low in sodium. Use any kind of apple you like. 

Directions

  1. Wash, peel, core, and cut into 1-inch chunks

  2. Place apples in the VENTRAY BabyGrow steamer basket, steam with lter water until tender

  3. Reserve some leftover water to use for thinning out the applesauce, or substitute with breast milk or formula

  4. Use your VENTRAY BabyGrow to blend until desired consistency is reached
