YOGURT AND BERRY SWIRL

This yogurt and berry swirl recipe is a wonderfully healthy food intended for babies 6-month and up, best for babies who are ready to try multi-fruit or veggie purees. Perfect for swirling in regular yogurt, which is thinner than Greek yogurt, no need to add any other flavors or sugar. There are no other steps to prepare berries. It's super easy to make with just a blender and berries. All you need to do is wash the berries clean and toss them into the blender. Make this yummy and healthy yogurt berry puree right at home, and try the newest way to introduce dairy to your baby.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Plain whole-milk yogurt

Baby oatmeal(optional)

Note: Try blending the berries with banana and avocado for an even creamier consistency.

Directions

  1. Wash the blueberries and raspberries
  2. Steam blueberries and raspberries if underripe or frozen
  3. Puree in VENTRAY BabyGrow blender jar until smooth, add water as needed to reach desired consistency
  4. Mix it with oatmeal or yogurt
